Troubleshooting:

If you are unable to get into your accounts, there are some things you need to check out.

ü      Your browser may be an older version that doesn’t support this type of site.  To see what version of Internet Explorer you have, go to the tool bar across the top of the screen.  You will see “file”, “edit”, “view”, ect. Go to “help.” From the drop down menu select “about Internet Explorer.”  If you have a version older than 5.5, you will need to update your browser.

To update your browser, go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads

Select Internet Explorer 6 and follow the directions to download.

If you have Internet Explorer 5.5 or 6 and are still having problems, you may need to boost your cipher strength.  Don’t panic, you don’t have to know what cipher strength is.  Just go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/recommended/encryption/.  Follow the directions to download the encryption update.

If you are having trouble accessing different reports on our website, you may need to check your cookie settings.

ü      If you are using Internet Explorer 5.5, go to the tool bar across the top of the screen and select “tools” from the drop down menu, select “internet options” and then “security”.  Make sure that you have selected Internet and then click on “custom level” and change cookie settings to “enable” on “allow per-session cookies.”

ü      If you are using Internet Explorer 6 go again to the tool bar across the top of the screen and select “tools”, internet options”, “privacy”, “advanced” and change the settings to “always allow session cookies”.
